Neptune, the in-house multi-cuisine restaurant at The Surya Hotel, is where flavour meets heritage. Named after the Roman god of the sea — a nod to Kerala's rich coastal culture — Neptune has been delighting guests with an exceptional dining experience since the hotel's founding in 1999.

Mornings begin with a spread of traditional Kerala breakfast — appam with stew, puttu with kadala, and fluffy idlis alongside freshly brewed filter coffee. As the day progresses, the menu transitions seamlessly into North and South Indian favourites, continental classics, and local seafood specialities.

Evenings bring the signature dinner buffet — an elaborate spread of over 30 dishes that celebrates the diversity of Indian cuisine. Our chefs source fresh produce daily and take pride in cooking every dish with care and authenticity.
